Legal information
Website Privacy Notice
How EverPresent handles personal information received through this website and business email.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information?
Elliot James Greenacre and Ronnie-Scott Jennings, trading in partnership as EverPresent, are responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Notice.
EverPresent is an ordinary business partnership in England. Business address: 142 Hopefield Avenue, Sheffield, S12 4XE, United Kingdom.
For privacy requests, email enquiries@everpresentai.co.uk.
This Privacy Notice covers the marketing website and direct business enquiries. Separate privacy information would apply to personal information processed through a customer service or pilot arrangement.
2. Information we receive
When you submit the demo form, your name, business name, email address and any optional phone number or message are transmitted to EverPresent. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and discuss EverPresent, a demo or a possible pilot. The separate direct-email option opens your email application instead.
The commercial-impact calculator runs entirely in your browser. Its inputs and results are not transmitted, stored or used for profiling.
The demo-form endpoint uses an instance-memory hash derived from the request network address for basic abuse throttling. The application does not persist that hash or use it for profiling. Hosting providers may separately process request or security information as described below.
The EverPresent application does not intentionally add analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, third-party embeds or browser tracking. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website as described below.
- Please do not send customer records, payment details, passwords, health information or other sensitive information to the general email address.
- Providing information for a demo enquiry or by email is voluntary, although we need enough information to understand and answer an enquiry.
3. Why we use information
On smaller screens, swipe or use the arrow keys to view every column.
| Activity | Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to a product, pilot or commercial enquiry | Understand the enquiry, reply, arrange a conversation and take steps requested before a possible agreement | Steps requested before entering a contract where applicable; otherwise our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries |
| Managing ordinary business correspondence | Maintain records, protect our legal rights and meet legal obligations | Our legitimate interests in administering the partnership and establishing or defending legal claims; legal obligation where applicable |
4. Hosting, email and other recipients
Vercel hosts and delivers the EverPresent website. Vercel may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, including IP addresses, requested URLs or paths, timestamps, browser or device information, request and status identifiers, diagnostics and security or firewall events.
For personal information processed on EverPresent’s behalf in providing its hosting services, Vercel may act as a processor under its applicable data-processing terms. Vercel may separately act as a controller for certain service-generated information under its own Privacy Notice.
EverPresent uses Resend as a third-party email-delivery provider to transmit demo-form enquiries to the founders’ inbox. Information submitted through the demo form may therefore be processed by Resend for the purpose of delivering that enquiry.
EverPresent uses Google Workspace to receive and manage email.
Google may process email information in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection rules restrict a transfer, the protections required by UK law apply.
Information may also be shared with professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. EverPresent does not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We normally retain business enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last substantive communication. Where an enquiry develops into a customer or pilot relationship, relevant records may be retained for longer to manage that relationship, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
6. Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict processing, receive portable information, object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is used. These rights are not absolute.
To exercise a right or object to processing, email enquiries@everpresentai.co.uk. We may need reasonable information to confirm your identity and understand the request.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information is used. Current complaint routes are available at ico.org.uk.
7. Automated decisions and changes
The marketing website does not make decisions about people using solely automated processing and does not profile visitors.
We will update this notice if the website, business contact arrangements or relevant processing changes.
