1. Current position
The EverPresent application does not intentionally set application cookies or write to local storage or session storage. Hosting services may separately use technical measures needed to deliver and protect the website.
Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights, advertising pixels, third-party analytics, profiling, session recording, third-party chat and optional Vercel integrations are not enabled in this build.
No consent banner is included because no optional browser technology requiring consent is intentionally enabled. If a non-essential cookie or similar technology is introduced, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required before using it.

3. Hosting and technical information
Vercel may process server-side request, diagnostic and security information to host and deliver the website. Server-side processing does not by itself establish that a cookie or browser-storage value is placed on a visitor’s device.
We will update this policy if the technologies used to deliver the website differ materially from the position described above.
4. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy and reassess whether consent is needed before adding cookies, analytics, embedded services or other browser technologies. Any non-essential technology requiring consent must remain disabled until a valid choice is made.
