Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment and responsibility

EverPresent is operated by Elliot James Greenacre and Ronnie-Scott Jennings, trading in partnership as EverPresent.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and to make this website usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reflow and reduced-motion preferences.

2. Current compliance status

The website has not completed an independent WCAG audit, so we do not claim full compliance. A source and practical accessibility review was carried out on 3 August 2026; full assistive-technology and cross-browser testing remains to be completed.

• Pages use semantic landmarks, ordered headings and a skip link.
• Links, navigation and calculator fields use native keyboard-operable elements.
• Visible focus styles and reduced-motion rules are provided.
• Calculator fields have associated labels and instructions; changing results are announced as a grouped update.
• Wide legal tables sit inside labelled keyboard-focusable scroll regions on narrow screens.

3. Known limitations and workarounds

• Independent screen-reader, voice-control and full browser/device-matrix testing is not complete. Keyboard operation and accessible names have been reviewed in source, but this is not a substitute for testing with disabled users.
• Some legal tables may require horizontal scrolling at high zoom or on very narrow screens. The surrounding region can receive keyboard focus; contact us to request the information in another format.
• The website uses complete screenshots of genuine launch-product portal areas with synthetic demonstration data. On narrow screens the screenshots are scaled proportionally at their original aspect ratio and can be opened in an expandable viewer for closer inspection.
